The Corte Apartment is located within the walled courtyard where the animals used to be kept. Incidentally, it's a fantastic place to party, we've tried it out already...
Make yourself at home – until recently, this was still being used as a stable. We love working with found objects: the armchairs and the wardrobe in the bedroom were parts of bed frames that we found around the house.
Corte Apartment
Our suite, in the former stable block, has a truly rustic charm with its exposed quarry stone walls. There is plenty of space: both bedrooms and the bathroom are very spacious, and the living room, with its rustic fireplace, can be converted into a second bedroom thanks to the double sofa bed. Both rooms overlook the walled courtyard, where you can sunbathe or enjoy the shady pergola as a quiet retreat. The Masseria can also be rented in its entirety, including all the rooms, on a weekly basis.

Can you imagine that hay was once stored here? We have used this space halfway up the stairs to finally create a really large bathroom with plenty of space for all your beauty essentials. The toilet is separate.
Bedroom no. 1 offers marvellous views over olive groves and the courtyard on three sides. The terrace is a particular highlight at sunset.
Bedroom no. 2 – with access to a sunny terrace and a large window at the front of the house. Incidentally, this used to be the patron's kitchen: food was cooked in the fireplace and water was drawn up from the cistern with a bucket in the adjacent well.
Suite La Terrazza
These two elegant bedrooms with 4.60 metre high ceilings are located on the upper floor of the Masseria and are connected by a separate dressing room. Both have a private roof terrace with stunning views over the olive groves and the Selva hills in the background. The bathroom is very special: located on the mezzanine floor, it has a copper bath, a natural stone basin and a huge shower, giving it a very unique flair. From here, a few steps lead to the rear courtyard – endless terraces… Need even more space? The Masseria can be rented in its entirety, including all the rooms, on a weekly basis.

This is your very own private terrace! From sunrise to sunset, you can watch the sky and let your gaze wander over the wide green land.
Behind the wall covered in cocciopesto, a lime putty used since Roman times, there is a spacious shower and washbasin area, all clad in brass. The four-poster bed makes you feel like a princess, but without the gold dust. Iron has more character, don't you think?
Il Baldacchino
This is the third bedroom upstairs, with an en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. We have interpreted a decorative four-poster bed in steel – an extraordinary contrast to the cream-coloured high vaulted ceilings. This room also has a very large private roof terrace and is accessed from the outside by its own imposing staircase.
For a special occasion, the entire Masseria, including all the rooms, can be hired on a weekly basis.

This room is perfect for hot days: the thick natural stone walls keep the heat out. And don't worry: you won't have to go to school with us anymore, even if there is one in here!
With its high walls, the rear courtyard offered sufficient protection; after all, the valuable olive harvest was stored here temporarily. Find a shady spot or retreat to the citrus garden. That's also located here.
Il Cuore
Il Cuore – the original heart of Bambarone La Villa. This is certainly the oldest part of the Masseria, built over the grottoes of the oil mill. The charming room with its beautiful vaulted ceiling is on the ground floor, next to the fireplace room. A private exit leads directly to the rear walled courtyard, where you can find your own favourite spot. And the enchanting town of Agrumeto is just around the corner!
The entire Masseria can be rented by the week, including all the rooms.

Of course, the rooms at Bambarone La Villa have all the comforts of Bambarone La Masseria, such as quality linen, towel warmers, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning and heating. However, in this listed building we have dispensed with bidets and fixed televisions. Cold drinks can be found in the central kitchen, which is available to all guests of La Villa.
