La Fréscura, the former kitchen of the estate, is actually not just a room but a “tiny house” within the house, with the typical narrow, steep stairs, niches and landings. It has two levels, with a private roof terrace above. So it’s a very special and, admittedly, somewhat sporty room. But it’s also special because La Fréscura is the only room in the house with a bathtub for a relaxing foam bath after your personal workout.

Haven’t you ever wondered what it would feel like to live in a tiny house? La Fréscura feels very similar with its two levels on a cozy 45 square meters. And thanks to a ceiling height of almost four meters in places, it’s also very spacious.

Sometimes nothing is more relaxing than a foam bath. After all, you’re on vacation and you finally have some time to yourself. And maybe you want to share your bath with someone. The bathtub is big enough.

On the second level, accessed via the staircase in the living area, a comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) offers space for two more people or to retreat with a good book. From here you also have access to your private roof terrace with 360° panoramic views to the sea.
