The name “Il Nachiro” was pronounced with great respect by the workers who picked the olives and pressed the oil. After all, it was their boss. An old, almost forgotten job title that today is only known to our grandfathers. To make sure it isn’t forgotten, we have dedicated our room No. 1 to this venerable title.  A room that, at nearly 50 square meters, is more than adequate in size.
